Mushrooms Stuffed with Tomato Sause Topped with Sardines






INGREDIENTS:

Mushrooms, tomato sause, canned sardines, salt, pepper, olive oil and butter.

PREPARATON STEP BY STEP:


In a baking dish, place the mushrooms hats. Add salt and ground pepper. Drizzle of olive oil and pinch of butter. Put the preheated oven at 180 deegres for 20-25 minutes.

 Flush them out the oven and the detached liquide.

Place them in the dish presentation.


Fill them witn homemade tomato sause.


Top each mushrooms with a canned sardine. And this is the result.
